2017 Honda CR-V would not start. Called West County Honda where I purchased it. They said probably covered by warranty. They sent Tow Truck and it turned out the battery was down. Tow truck driver jumped it to get it started and we then drove the car to West County Honda for a battery check. Turned out the battery, less than three years old, was bad. I broke a clip on the engine air filter housing and West County Honda got me in within a hour to fix the problem. Even though the problem was my fault, they bent over backwards to help me. They even washed the car after the repair was completed. The Service Writer, Bryan Crawford, was especially helpful. He provided his phone number and extension should the need for future visits arise.

I brought in my 2018 Honda Odyssey for routine service. Allan Holley was the best Service Advisor I have dealt with at West County. He did not advise getting anything done to the vehicle that wasn't required this visit. He made a couple suggestions about what may be needed for my next appointment. Told me it would take and hour and it was finished in about 50 minutes.

I needed an overdue oil change on MDX. Called around 11am on Saturday morning and was told they could accommodate walk-in. It took less than the time they said it would and I was able to have them rotate tires as well.

He supplied a shuttle to take me home because service was going to be 3 hours ( which he informed me in advance). He told me the service would be about 3 hours and he would call me when the car was done. In 2 1/2 hours he called and I went to pick up my car. Our 2018 CRV is the second car from W.Cty. Honda. Our advisor was Tim and he explained the services needed to complete the 15K maintenance service period. We got a call and picked up the car and Tim reviewed all elements on the checklist. Basically the items all checked out in the Green, excepting some minor tire wear - and one of the services on the 15K period was a 4 wh. alignment. Dave and the Service Manager helped me with evaluation and correction of my "emission system malfunction" notification and the cause. Although the cause and repair/cost became much more severe than we ever anticipated, they informed me of the issue(s) and potential cost and worked with Acura and to minimize the cost out of my pocket since we were out of our warranty period.
